Success in life is both art and a science. I've always been naturally curious and fascinated by trying new things. Early in my career, I've invested years studying art and design and explored the creative industry. On the science side of the spectrum, I’ve spent the last Nineteen years in health care researching disease states and battling in the highly competitive medical device industry in sales, sales training, and sales management for two Fortune 500 companies; a Global 500 company; and a Global 2000 company; as well as with start-up medical device companies.

Serving others has always been a core part of my life. While in the U.S. Navy, I specialized in compartmentalized damage control, fire science and metallurgy. Damage control was a large part of this process training shipboard personnel in ship stability; fire prevention and firefighting; and chemical, biological and radiological warfare defense. Each of these jobs were super competitive, high pressure and high expectation roles; poor outcomes can be devastating.

I also served as a volunteer firefighter-medic (advanced life support) with an engine company and rescue unit on Long Island, NY. In addition, I co-founded several small businesses: BOO-BOO was the first encompassing a home-safety, first-aid and CPR training company with a special emphasis on mothers with young children, youth organizations and professional first-responders. Currently, MARC-IT, LLC Make Your Mark is the most comprehensive venture focused on coaching and consulting services for personal, professional and enterprise growth.

I’ve certainly experienced a tremendous amount of stressful situations in all of these arenas and made it all work very well in business and the home by following a replicable prescription for success and I’m sharing that insight with you. I believe we are all created to be Charismatic Innovators Never-failing Co-creators Hooyah!
